TX Provider Whim Hospitality Ranks on the Inc. 5000

Just a few days ago, Inc. magazine announced that our South West provider, Whim Hospitality, ranked no. 311 on its prestigious 2016 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies. Otherwise known as the Inc. 5000, the list is no less than a unique look at some of the country’s most successful companies (Microsoft, Dell, Pandora, LinkedIn, and more have all been named to it at one time or another). Whim’s #311 ranking stems from a beyond impressive three-year sales growth of 1,260%.

As a company with over 150 employees, Whim Hospitality is much more than just a tent company; it provides a whole family of services that includes catering, floral design, and, of course, event and tent rentals. It even manages Camp Lucy, a premier wedding and special event venue in the Texas Hill Country. Founded fairly recently, in 2012, by husband-and-wife team Whit and Kim Hanks, Whim is our exclusive licensed provider in the South West U.S. from its base in Dripping Springs, Texas – and boy are we glad to have them.
